Jean-Michel is a Founding Partner of Keensight Capital and has over 15 years of successful private equity investing experience.

Prior to founding Keensight, he spent 10 years with the Rothschild group as a Managing Partner of R Capital Management, the investment arm of the Rothschild Group dedicated to growth companies. R Capital Management became Keensight after its Managing Partners acquired Rothschild Group’s stake in the company.

He started his investment career working for Natixis, one of the private equity pioneers in Europe.

Previously, Jean-Michel worked at Ernst & Young in the Corporate Finance sector.
He has a strong operational background, having held various engineering and management roles in Silicon Valley at several small and large companies.
Jean-Michel holds an engineering degree from SCU and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Jérôme is a Founding Partner of Keensight Capital and has over 15 years of successful private equity investing experience.

Prior to Rothschilld, he was Managing Director covering the High-Tech industry within the Equity Capital Markets Group before becoming a Partner of the Private Equity Group at Natixis.

Jérôme is an entrepreneur; he founded SLP InfoWare, a world leader in predictive customer relationships, which was sold to Gemplus ten years after its creation.

Jérôme holds an Engineering degree from Telecom Paris.

He started his career as an engineer in the Automotive and Aerospace industries.

Pierre is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holds an Engineering degree from ENSAM, Paris.

Guillaume is an Associate Director at Keensight Capital

Prior to Keensight Capital, Guillaume worked as an Associate at Argos Soditic in Paris, where he was involved in investments in medium-sized companies across various sectors including Healthcare and Energy.

He has also worked as an Investment Analyst within the Merchant Banking division of the Rothschild group. He started his career at CM-CIC Capital Privé as a Junior Investment Analyst.

Guillaume is a graduate from ESCP Europe Business School and holds Master degrees in Finance and Economics from the Sorbonne University.

Magdalena Svensson is an Investment Director at Keensight Capital and has over 14 years of experience in the Private Equity industry.
Prior to Keensight Capital, she spent 10 years at XAnge Private Equity where she was a Partner within the Growth Capital team. She had previously worked at ABN Amro Capital for 4 years.

Magdalena began her career in Sweden at Swedbank in 1998.

In the context of her different positions, Magdalena has acquired specific expertise across many sectors, including Technology, Software, and Healthcare.

A Swedish national, she holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of the University of Gothenburg.

Jaana is an Associate Director at Keensight Capital.

Prior to Keensight Capital, she spent 3 years as an Investment Associate at Five Arrows Principal Investments, a Western European mid-cap fund which is part of the Merchant Banking division of the Rothschild Group, where she focused on investments within the Healthcare and Business Services sectors.

She also worked as an Associate within the M&A division of the Rothschild group for 4 years, across mutiple sectors and geographies.

Jaana holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Maastricht.

David Piccoli is an Associate at Keensight Capital and has over 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Private Equity industry.

Prior to joining Keensight, he worked at 3i and ArchiMed.

Prior to joining Keensight, David worked for 2 years as a Senior Analyst within the investment fund ArchiMed which he had helped to become independent from the 3i group. He had previously worked as an analyst within the Healthcare team of the 3i group.

David is a graduate of ESCP Europe and has a Master’s degree in finance from London City University.

Gregory is an Associate Director at Keensight Capital.

Prior to Keensight Capital, he spent 5 years with the Rothschild group at R Capital Management, the investment arm of the Rothschild Group dedicated to growth companies. R Capital Management became Keensight Capital when the Managing Partners acquired Rothschild Group’s stake in the company.

Prior to joining Rothschild, Gregory was an auditor at Mazars in Paris.

He started his career in Project Financing at Dexia Sabadell in Madrid where he was involved in the Renewable Energy sector.

Gregory holds a double Engineering degree from Supelec Paris and Politecnica de Madrid.

Philippe is a Partner of Keensight Capital.
Prior to Keensight, he spent 5 years with the Rothschild group as a senior investment director of R Capital Management, the investment arm of the Rothschild Group dedicated to growth companies. R Capital Management became Keensight after its Managing Partners acquired Rothschild Group’s stake in the company.
Prior to Rothschild, he was a Principal at Partech International, a leading French/US investment firm focused on IT.
Philippe has a solid professional background in the Telecom industry where he fulfilled a variety of roles at Corvis Corporation, Algety Telecom and Nortel.
Philippe is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds an Engineering degree from Telecom Paris.
